Web Interface of a Document Analysis Tool

This thesis deals with the development of a web interface of a web document analysis tool. Goal of this interface is to replace old desktop application FitLayout. Own front-end is added to FitLayout back-end. This application is made by Javascript, HTML and visual part is done by CSS and framework Bootstrap. Web documents are in format RDF serialized in JSON-LD. Data are exchanged in the same format between client and server. Result of this thesis enables user to analyse documents in browser same way as in desktop application.

Funding of sport from public budgets in Denmark in comparison with Czech Republic Goal: Main goal of this thesis is to make a complex view of funding of sport from public budgets in Denmark. Other goal is to set out the main differences between Czech and Danish model. Methods: In this thesis was used the analysis of documents to find out how is the sport funded in Denmark. Also was used the descriptive analysis to describe system of financial flows from public budgets to concrete programs, sport clubs and organizations. This system was subsequently compared with the Czech. Results: Main result of this thesis is the specific view of the funding of sport from public budgets in Denmark and setting out the main differences between Czech and Danish model of funding. Comparison of the operation of selected ice stadiums in Prague.

Title: Comparison of the operation of selected ice stadiums in Prague. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare selected ice stadiums to each others by using analysis. Furthrmore, the thesis should show the opportunities and threats of teh selected ice stadiums. Methods: The case analysis was chosen as the main research method. In the preparation of this analysis other methods, such as intentional selection, document analysis and semi-structured interview were applied. Based on the results the SWOT analysis was developed. Through this method the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the selected ice stadiums. SLEPT analysis was used to recognize factors, that affects selected ice stadiums. Results: The analysis shows that every single ice stadium is able to assure enough clients. Some cooperate with nearby schools, others are linked with ice hockey club. Three of selected ice stadiums are able to make profit, two are able not to lose money and two were not willing to provide their econimic information. It was also recognized, that there is a huge need to reconstruct some parts in almost every single ice stadium. We could also see that it is important to reach some money from grants. Comparison of selected disciplines of educational area Man and Nature of the Czech curriculum with the integrated subject Natural Sciences in European curricula

Education policy is one of the important goals of any country, as it affects the lives and employment of its people. Compulsory education in the Czech Republic is defined by the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education (FEP BE), with science education set out in educational area called Man and Nature. Although this is divided into individual educational fields, its framework concept allows the content of the fields to be integrated according to school programme. However, science has been taught separately in most basic schools for several decades, and any integration efforts are burdened by a lack of examples of good practice. The aim of this paper is therefore to perform comparative analysis of the educational area Man and Nature of the Czech FEP BE and integrated science curricula of selected European countries at the level of lower secondary education (ISCED 2). The analysis identifies topics that are included in foreign curricula but not in Czech curriculum and can thus be an inspiration (in the sense of policy learning), what integrative topics to include in the science education at basic schools. Possibilities of prevention of hearing disorders and defects

The topic of the diploma thesis is Possibilities of prevention of hearing disorders and defects. The work is focused on describing the current situation in the prevention of hearing disorders and defects. The theoretical part of the work consists of the first four chapters. The first chapter deals with hearing disorders and defects, their classification, diagnosis and etiology. The second chapter focuses on the consequences of hearing impairments and compensatory aids. The third chapter deals with the prevention of hearing disorders and defects, noise and its negative effects on hearing perception, and hearing protection. The fourth chapter presents foreign preventive programs and campaigns, aimed at preventing the occurrence of hearing disorders and defects caused by noise. The empirical part of the work consists of the fifth chapter. The aim of the research is to describe the current situation in the field of prevention of hearing disorders and defects. Using a questionnaire survey, the current state of awareness of adolescents and young adults aged 12-35 about risk factors causing hearing disorders and defects is determined. Assessment of primary students with a focus on verbal assessment in the bilingual programme

The thesis focuses on primary school pupil's assessment in the bilingual program. The research is based on the way that the pupils are being assessed in the program, particularly in the half-year and in the end of the school year. The theoretical part of the thesis refers to the definition of the important terms, which are connected with the assessment and bilingual education. The important terms are for example school assessment, assessment, also its forms, functions and principles. The thesis is focused above all on the term verbal assessment, which is also defined in the theoretical part for example as what is its principle, positive and negative parts or how is the verbal assessment formulated. Last but not least in the thesis is defined the difference between the bilingual education, teaching by CLIL and the selected programme. The practical part was realized as a qualitative research, whose main methods of collecting were interviews and analysis. The interviews were performed at the primary school where the programme operates with three different groups of people who are a part of the programme. Russian language printed periodicals in the Czech Republic from 1990 to 2016

The diploma thesis deals with Russian language periodic press in the Czech Republic from 1990 to 2016. Based on a quantitative document analysis, the thesis describes changes in number of periodicals, identifies three types of publishers and details the biggest publishing companies. Readers and functions of Russian language periodic press are defined with the help of in-depth interviews with media producers. The thesis is supplemented by a list of Russian language titles published in the Czech Republic in 2018. It also contains a description of producers of this minority language media and their working conditions. The thesis concludes that there is a declining tendency in number of Russian language titles published in the Czech Republic. The age of readers of this type of minority media varies. The audience speak and read in Russian and it is also comfortable for them to read in this language. These printed periodicals provide their readers with civic and cultural explanation and with apolitical information with so called Czech element. These functions enable their readers assimilation into the major society.
